Policies, Terms and Conditions
- All courses require upfront payment in full before the online course can be undertaken.
- Payments for Professional Development, Business Management and Industry Compliance courses are for the entire course selected.
- Payments for Certificate Courses are PER COURSE UNIT and payments are for the unit selected only.
- Course Payments are to be made online via Paypal, Visa or MasterCard.
- Course Refunds will only be made before the first unit is completed. Should you have completed the first unit no refund will be made.
- Course Refunds will not be made on certificate level course units.
- Course Refunds will be made via the same payment method as payment was made.
- All courses are delivered online and can be accessed via laptop or an appropriate mobile device.
- It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that they have an appropriate device capable of delivering the online course.
- The Sure Entrepreneur is not responsible for the support and maintenance of the student's devices.

- Acceptance of payment of the day of the event is at the discretion of The Sure Entrepreneur event organiser and is dependent on seating availability and other building code restrictions.
- Event Payments will not be refunded for non-attendance except where there is notification in writing at least 7 days before the event. Notification after that time, whilst appreciated will not result in a refund.
- Payment is for the event as outlined on the website i.e. workshop series of 5 workshops, one-off workshop or conference. Please take note when paying for the event.
